Hi, I'm Sally.

For over 10 years, I've been helping people who feel emotionally weighed down reconnect with a lighter, calmer version of themselves.

Over the years, I've seen how many women quietly carry the weight of everyone around them. They keep going, keep giving and keep putting themselves last. Eventually, they find themselves feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed or simply "off" without really knowing why.

That's why I created Vibrational Harmony.

I wanted to offer a gentle way for women to receive support without having to fit another appointment into an already busy life.

My sessions are completely online, which means you don't need to travel, attend an appointment or even be present while the healing takes place.

After your personalised distance healing session, you'll receive a detailed written report explaining everything that came through during your session. What Came Through During the Session

During this session I was shown a past life in Pompeii.

In the days leading up to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, I saw you preparing an important event that you believed would change your future. Even as signs of danger appeared around you, your determination to succeed kept you moving forward.

By the time you realised what was happening, it was too late to return to your family.
